Returns and Exchanges:
We hope you love your PerkiFit leggings and biker shorts as much as we do. However, we do understand that sometimes you may need to exchange or return a product. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return.
Prior to returning your items, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your requests to exchange/return your product(s). Our return address and a returns form will be emailed to you upon eligibility of exchange/returns. We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable post as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by PerkiFit.
To be eligible for an exchange/return, please ensure:
All items are returned within 21 days (UK) & 28 days (International) from the order date.
Proof of purchase of your order (bank statements will not be accepted as proof of purchase).
The returns form is included and filled out correctly to enable an easier process for your exchange.
The product(s) are unworn, undamaged, unwashed, tags attached. Also, in its original packaging with your original order slip.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to proceed with your return request if these requirements are not met. PerkiFit reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on any change of mind products(s). We will always refund the original payment amount for all items meeting the refund criteria.
Q) How long will my refund take?
Please allow up to 21 days to receive your refund. The refund will be made on to the same payment method used in your original purchase.
Q) My item is faulty but my purchase date was more than 12 months ago - is there anything I can do?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund if the item was purchased more than 12 months ago
Q) Can I return a faulty item?
All items are quality controlled and checked before being sent to our customers. However, we are happy to refund or replace faulty items within 12 months of the purchase date and reimburse shipping costs. Please contact our customer service team at email@example.com with your name, order number and photo evidence.
